Andrew Howroyd

FCMI, FInstAM, MIoD — Director

Andrew is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, a Fellow of the Institute of Administrative Management and a Member of the Institute of Directors.

With over 30 years’ experience in the international finance industry — including banks, insurance, lawyers, and company and trust service providers — Andrew is a Director of Westwinds as well as the Company Secretary.

In addition to dealing with his portfolio of clients and acting as a director and signatory of entities under Westwinds’ management, Andrew is the Company’s Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO), responsible for new business, and provides backup and support to other members of staff on client and technical matters. Andrew also oversees the company’s IT systems and their development.

Andrew holds the Offshore Certificate in Companies and Trusts (a level 5 qualification).

Andrew Kinrade

FCMI, MIoD — Director

Andrew is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a Member of the Institute of Directors.

Andrew’s primary role is that of Client Services Manager, acting as a director and officer of client entities. He has 30 years’ experience in company and trust administration covering a variety of entity types, jurisdictions and structures, having completed the Certificate in International Financial Administration (a level 5 qualification) early in his career.

Andrew is also responsible for new business, alongside Alexander Lee.

Alexander Lee

FCMI, MIoD — Director

Alex is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a Member of the Institute of Directors.

Alex’s primary role is that of Client Services Manager, with 30 years’ industry experience across several sectors, managing client entities and structures. Alex is also responsible for new business, alongside Andrew Kinrade.
